Stocking
Levels
Whilst
Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife work to maintain
sufficient stocks to fill your order, occasions may occur
when we are unable to fulfill your order. You will be notified
by email if this is the case. At all times it is at our discretion
whether we fill any orders.
Payment
and Credit Card Processing
We
accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Foundation for National
Parks & Wildlife uses a 128 bit SSL certificate to protect
the transmission of your private information.
Delivery
Please
allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order. If
you would like to check the delivery time for a particular
item please contact
our mailing house.
Photography
The
product images used on this website should be viewed as a
guide only, as varying computer monitors display their colours
differently. The actual Buddy, or its clothing, may vary slightly
in colour in reality.
Warranty
All
products purchased from Foundation for National Parks &
Wildlife carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty
claims can only be made by the original purchaser. Please
contact our
mailing house by email regarding any warranty questions.
Refused
Deliveries
Any
refused deliveries will be charged a 20% restocking fee and
credited less the original delivery costs.
Lost
or missing Shipments
Lost
or missing shipments must be reported to our mailing house
within 5 business days of the expected delivery date (please
allow 14 working days). Should our freight company show the
lost or missing package as having been delivered, we will
require an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package
was not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments
are the responsibility of the customer and Foundation for
National Parks & Wildlife assumes no liability for unreported
lost or missing shipments.
Damaged
Shipments
Should
you receive a damaged product, please contact
our mailing house immediately. Please do not discard any damaged
packaging. We will pick up the damaged package, and we will
send out a replacement, when the damaged item is inspected.
Please report any damaged deliveries within 5 business days
of receipt. Any unreported damaged shipments are the responsibility
of the customer.
